Your calculator inputs
Calculations happen on your device. Numbiqo does not send, save or log the numbers and dates you enter. Inputs are held in page memory while you use the tool. Your browser may retain form values through its own features.
Information processed to provide the site
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical request data, including IP address, requested page, browser information, timestamps and security signals. This is used to deliver the website, prevent abuse and maintain reliability. We rely on legitimate interests in operating and securing Numbiqo. Provider logs are retained under the providers’ own operational and security schedules.
Email enquiries
Messages sent to privacy@numbiqo.com are forwarded by our domain provider to a Microsoft-hosted mailbox. We process the sender’s email address, message and any information they choose to include so we can respond, keep an appropriate record and protect the service. We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet legal obligations.
Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics is available only after you select “Accept analytics”. If you accept, it measures page visits and general usage information such as the page viewed, approximate location, browser and device type. We use this information to understand which pages are useful and improve Numbiqo. Calculator inputs and results are never included.
Google Analytics may set identifiers in your browser and process information outside the United Kingdom under recognised safeguards. Enhanced measurement, advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. Analytics data is set to the shortest available event-data retention period. We store your analytics choice in this browser so we can remember it. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Choosing “Decline” keeps Google Analytics blocked.
Advertising
Numbiqo is free because it shows adverts provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show adverts and measure their performance, and may process information such as your IP address, the page you are viewing and device details. Calculator inputs and results are never shared with advertisers.
If you visit from the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google’s certified consent message asks for your choice before personalised adverts are shown. You can consent, decline or manage your options. If you decline, Google may still show non-personalised adverts, which use limited data such as your approximate location and the page content. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy link in that message.

Sharing and international processing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us host, secure and operate the website, handle email, provide analytics after consent or serve adverts. Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, object to processing, or receive a portable copy.
